Growth & Marketing
SEO and organic growth
What this covers
Organic search is the part of your marketing that keeps working after you stop paying for each visit. This category covers the whole of it — establishing whether a search engine can reach and keep your pages, finding out what your buyers actually search for, building the pages that answer them, earning the references that make those pages credible, and maintaining all of it as the site changes.
The services here divide roughly into three kinds of buyer. Site owners with a problem they cannot diagnose, who need an audit before anything else is worth spending on. Businesses with a working site that want more from it, through on-page work, content mapping and links. And businesses with structural complexity — a large catalogue, several locations, several countries — where the difficulty is scale rather than fundamentals.
What connects them is how the work is scoped. Every engagement separates what we will do from what we are aiming at. The first is written into the contract with evidence attached; the second is stated as a goal, because the systems deciding rankings are not ours to control and any supplier claiming otherwise is selling something they cannot deliver. That distinction is also the most reliable way to tell a serious proposal from a confident one.

Before scoping SEO & Organic Growth work, it helps to know what the site is doing today. The audit reports what it checked, what it found, and — the part most tools leave out — what it could not check, and why.
Questions people ask before they commit.
- Which of these should we start with?
- Almost always a technical audit, because everything else depends on whether your pages can be reached, kept and understood in the first place. Local businesses are the exception — if your customers are within driving distance, the profile and map work usually produces a visible result faster than anything else.
- Will you guarantee a position or a traffic figure?
- No. We separate every engagement into deliverables and goals. Deliverables are what we do and can prove — the crawl, the fixes applied, the markup validated, the pages built, the outreach sent. Goals are the direction we are working in. Positions and traffic are decided by an algorithm nobody outside Google controls, so they are never written as promises.
- Has AI made search optimisation pointless?
- It has changed which traffic is worth having. Questions that a generated summary can answer outright now produce far fewer clicks. Searches where somebody intends to buy, book or call have held up, which is why local and commercial work has become more valuable rather than less. Reporting that still leads with total traffic is measuring the wrong thing.
- How long does any of this take to show a result?
- In a fixed order, and the order matters more than the calendar. Technical fixes prove themselves first, because a crawler only has to reach the page again to see them. Indexing moves next — the number of your pages Google actually holds starts climbing, and that is a report we can screenshot and send you. Non-branded clicks move after that, sooner on a small site than on a large one, because every extra template and page is another thing that has to be recrawled and reassessed. Link building and international work are slower again, since both depend on sites and country versions that are not yours to change. We tell you which of those stages your engagement is buying before you commit — including that traffic stays flat while the earlier stages are still running, so the quiet stretch is expected rather than a sign the work has failed.
- What access will you need?
- Search Console as a full user, analytics as a viewer, a content management login with enough rights to make changes, and hosting access where speed or redirects are in scope. All of it should live in your own accounts with us added as users, so that when an engagement ends nothing of yours is stranded somewhere else.
- Can we buy a report without the implementation?
- Yes, and it is cheaper. It is also the version most likely to produce nothing, because a recommendation that nobody applies changes nothing at all. If you take the report-only route, the most useful question to settle first is who inside your business is going to do the work.
